PRIVACY NOTICE
The Gudrun Sjödén Foundation, CRN 802481-2151, address c/o Gudrun Sjödén, Bastugatan 31, 118 25 Stockholm, is a data controller.
The Foundation awards funding to applicants in accordance with its articles of association. The Foundation collects and processes the personal data provided on the application form and appended documents to enable it to consider the application and decide whether to award funding - this is a lawful basis for processing. The data are deleted 1 year after the funding has ended, unless there is a legal obligation to keep the data for longer (generally seven years). If the application is turned down, the data are deleted at the end of the application process.
Personal data are not disclosed, shared or transferred to any third party except where it is necessary for the management of the funding process (name, date of birth, address, account number, information about experience and skills, photos (if applicable), and so on).
The data subject has the right to contact the Gudrun Foundation and request a copy of the personal data that the Foundation holds on them. The Foundation must provide the data subject with a copy of the personal data free of charge. If additional copies are requested, the Foundation may charge an administration fee. The data subject also has the right to have inaccurate personal data rectified and have personal data erased. If personal data are erased, however, the application cannot be processed. Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Data Protection Authority (Datainspektionen).
The Gudrun Sjödén Foundation reserves the right to make amendments to and update this Privacy Notice. The Gudrun Sjödén Foundation will provide notification, in an appropriate manner, of any material changes to this Privacy Notice or if existing data are to be processed in a different way than stated in this Privacy Notice.
